Design roles ask for process. A pretty screen without a user or a constraint is thin. Quote the research you did and the decision that followed, in your words.

Research you conducted or used
Interviews, a usability test, or support tags. Watching a recording counts only if you say so.
A flow you changed
Before and after in prose, not a fake conversion rate.

Specs, a library, or pairing.
The tool, if it matters
Figma is not implied by “designed.”

What a citation looks like

Method, sample, and the change are present. A conversion lift is not.

Files in another tool do not become Figma. Add the real tool or leave the gap.

Do not invent a research repository, a design system, or an accessibility score. Portfolio links belong only if they are already yours.

Quote the interface work. Research and information architecture are separate requirements and may be gaps.

Should I attach a case study?

This app exports a resume, not a portfolio. Do not paste a fictional case study into the bullets.
